Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We want you to love your products just as much as we love them. Please contact us at hello@centralpurl.com with the details of your order if you are not completely satisfied. All inquiries about returns are dealt with on a case by case basis.

SHIPPING
When can I expect my order to ship and arrive?
We do our very best to have orders processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days of being placed. Delivery time will vary depending on your region and the shipping method chosen. Please note that turnaround times may be longer during sales due to the high volume of orders received.
We currently offer tracked shipping via Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator. Upon fulfillment of your order, your tracking number will be emailed to you.

Is local pickup available?
Yes. We offer local pickup at our store location in Ridgeway, Ontario. You can select this option at checkout and more information will be provided to you.

Camp Create
What is Camp Create?
Camp Create was a weekend retreat that was held at Cave Springs Camp in Beamsville, Ontario. We held this event for two years (2023 and 2024).
When Is the next Camp Create Retreat?
We don't currently have plans to host any additional Camp Create retreats.
